SMS privacy policy

This policy covers the mobile numbers and opt-in records collected for text messages from Saga Homes Group – Amit Khatkar, eXp Realty of Canada, Inc.. Effective 29 September 2026.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

What we collect

When you tick the text-message box on one of our forms we record your name, your mobile number, the date and time you opted in, the page you were on, and the version of the opt-in wording you saw. If you reply STOP we record that too, and stop.

How we use it

Only to send the messages you asked for: showing confirmations, appointment reminders, booking confirmations and updates on a transaction you are part of, and to show that you asked for them. We send texts through our messaging platform, which processes your number only to deliver our messages on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

For as long as you stay opted in, and after you opt out for as long as we need a record that you did, so that we never text you again by mistake.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help.
