These terms apply to text messages sent by Saga Homes Group – Amit Khatkar, eXp Realty of Canada, Inc. to people who opted in on this website. Effective 29 September 2026.

The programme

Saga Homes Group appointment and transaction texts: showing confirmations, appointment reminders, booking confirmations for calls you schedule with us, and updates on a transaction you are part of. You join only by ticking the optional text-message box on one of our forms, described on the text message opt-in page. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages from this programme. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 250-507-8949 or amit.khatkar@sagahomesgroup.com. To rejoin after opting out, tick the box again on one of our forms or ask us directly.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Texts are not suitable for anything time-critical in a transaction, such as a deadline for removing subjects. Those are always confirmed with you directly as well.

Changes

If these terms change we will post the new version here with its effective date. Material changes to what we send will be sent to you by text before they take effect, and you can reply STOP at any time.
