How Amit works

Every listing and every purchase starts with a written comparative market analysis, so the price conversation is about evidence, not a feeling. Before real estate, Amit worked in sales management in telecommunications as a store manager.

That analysis has three parts: measured lot data, comparable sales that have been verified rather than pulled straight from a feed, and a pricing recommendation set out so you can check it line by line. He founded Victoria BC Realty, now Saga Homes Group with eXp Realty of Canada, Inc., and the team has closed more than $115 million. Amit personally has closed 64 transactions worth more than $55 million across Greater Victoria and the Cowichan Valley. He received the MLS® Bronze Award in 2022.

The development edge

Amit takes on his own development projects: garden suites and accessory buildings, subdivision and rezoning, and small-lot work and land assembly under Saanich's SSMUH and Transit Oriented Area policies. Day to day, Amit works in Saanich East and Saanich West, Oak Bay, Victoria, Esquimalt, View Royal, Langford, Colwood, Sooke, Sidney, North Saanich and Central Saanich, and north of the Malahat in Duncan.
