Book a call

Half an hour with Amit, at a time you pick

Pick a slot below and Amit phones you. No form to fill in afterwards, no call centre, and no obligation to list or buy anything.

  • If you are buying What your budget actually reaches in the areas you are looking at, and what to watch for in each of them.
  • If you are selling What comparable homes near you have sold for recently, and what it would cost to get yours ready.
  • If you are doing both Which order to do them in, because that decision changes the plan more than anything else.
How a thirty minute call is spent: eight minutes on where you are now, ten on the numbers, eight on what to do next, four on your questions.
Generated from the segment lengths in scripts/gen-book-figure.mjs, so the figure and the description below cannot drift apart. A plan for the call, not a script.

Booking sends your name, email and phone number to Amit Khatkar, REALTOR®, eXp Realty of Canada, Inc., 301-3450 Uptown Blvd, Victoria BC V8Z 0B9. The calendar is operated for us by GoHighLevel and the details you enter are entered on their form. You can cancel or reschedule from the confirmation email at any time.

Why a call rather than a form

Most of what decides a move is particular to you: how firm your financing is, whether you have to sell before you buy, how much disruption you can absorb, and which trade-offs you are actually willing to make. A form cannot ask the follow-up question, and the answer to the follow-up question is usually the one that matters. Half an hour on the phone gets further than three rounds of email, and it costs you less time than the email does.

It is also the fastest way to find out that now is the wrong time. That happens, and hearing it early is worth more than a polite drip campaign. If the sensible answer is to wait six months and fix two things first, Amit will say so on the call and you can stop thinking about it.

What to have ready

Nothing is required. If you happen to have them to hand, three things make the call sharper: a rough budget or price expectation even as a wide range, the areas you are weighing against each other, and the timing you are working to. If you are selling, the year you bought and anything substantial you have done to the place since is useful, because recent work is the part no automated estimate can see. If you are buying and have already liked some listings, keep their MLS® numbers nearby.

If you would rather read first

A call is not the only way in. If you are selling, the home evaluation request gets you a written price range from recent comparable sales without talking to anyone, and selling a home in Victoria BC sets out the whole sequence from pricing to completion. If you are buying, the buyer and seller guides cover the things that catch people out here specifically, and you can search current listings without registering. Some background on who you would be talking to is on the about page.

After you book

You get a confirmation email with the time and a link to reschedule, and Amit phones you on the number you gave. If something comes up, use the reschedule link rather than cancelling: it keeps the slot moving instead of sending you back to the start. If you need to reach him before the call, 250-507-8949 is his direct line, not a switchboard.
